Our old software (PC Law) was not user friendly and customer support was basically nonexistent.
Everything is so easy to use, and the training and guides make the program very accessible. Overall, we wanted something that would meet our needs without breaking the bank.
I would like to see more customization of default settings (e.g., making invoice discounts NON-taxable by default), easier printing of receipts, better integration with more banks, and the ability to run payroll directly through Cosmolex.
