If you want to run a successful practice, it’s important to identify key metrics to evaluate. For example, within cases you evaluate your average revenue per case, how many days it takes for a lead to call you for them to schedule a consultation, and how many of those leads become clients. These numbers will help you identify areas for improvement, with small changes providing potentially exponential value.
