We had been using old software. Needed something more recent and intuitive to streamline our process. We loved that there was a huge database of information online, as well as the option to ALWAYS speak with a representative, any time of any day. With our prior billing software, it was expensive and inconvenient to try to reach anyone on the support staff. It was always a hassle to get support from our old company, and CosmoLex has been a breath of fresh air with your patient and attentive support staff.
