Is there a way to assign the same task to multiple people (such as attorney, paralegal and secretary) and have a reminder built in on a continuing basis until completed?
For example, a witness list is due is 60 days. I would like to set a task for all of us so that we do not miss that deadline. However, we also need reminders on a daily or weekly basis that the witness list is coming up so that we can take the required action in enough time to file the witness list on time – such as contacting a doctor to get a report or an expert to review the documents and generate a report. A reminder on the day that the witness list is due is useless because there will be no time for my office to locate the expert, get the documents to the expert, have the expert review the documents and then get me a report.

As for reminders you can set a reminder for a few days ahead and does not need to be the same day
