What is your role at CosmoLex?

My role at CosmoLex is a Software Support Specialist

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is when a customer is satisfied with the customer service we provide.  There is nothing like helping a person that may not understand why the program is responding the way it is or someone that just wants to understand certain features better and they say, “Wow, thank you for your help.  I would have not figured this out on my own”

What makes CosmoLex a unique place to work? 

What makes CosmoLex unique is the people and the processes.  There is nothing like working with a support system that is interested in your well being, your growth, and your future.  I find that CosmoLex has become my home away from home. I enjoy how we all in many departments come together to join forces to aid and assist any situation that may arise from sales to the demo team, migration, onboarding, and tech support.  I really love the structure and how it has advanced my overall outlook of the company and it’s future with me in it. 

What do you like to do in your free time? 

When I am not at work, I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family, listening to music and learning new things. 

Describe one interesting fact about yourself.

One fun fact about myself is I love to laugh.  I sometimes find that when I’m dealing with any situation that may seem difficult or frustrating, it’s good to take a break and find something to laugh about.  When I am more optimistic I find that I am more productive.

What did you want to be when you were a little kid?

Funny enough when I was a child I always wanted to be a businesswoman.  I grew up in NYC and while traveling on the train with my parents, I was always impressed by the women with briefcases.  They just seemed like they had value and they were proven to be important by the way they walked and dressed. I admired the strength they exemplified in just their posture and intellect.
